- Experiment and adapt. Discover the abilities and it discover the activity that resonates with you the most. What's important isn't the activity, but the **everyday practice** of taking care of your brain, body, and soul.
- Try to do the same activities and tasks at the same time in order every day.

- If you need variation, you can change the activity but keep them under the same relative category, such as various forms of working out.
- If you cannot do all of BBS activities in a day, stagger them throughout the week.
- [[Cultivate non-negotiable self-care practices]]. Consider it as part of life such as having a meal, showering or brushing your teeth. **It's part of life because it's part of you**.
- The 20 minute rule the amount of time to dedicate to a habit, the compounding effect will be noticeable over time. If you can't find 20 minutes extra in your morning, go to bed 20 minutes earlier.
