## Summary
- [[What would this look like if it were easy?]] Write ludicrous ideas. Don't edit.
- [[80-20 rule]]
- [[Exhaustive effort isn't required for success. Efficient effort is.]]
## Notes
- Have a short checklist. Make sure basic necessities are met (e.g. hunger). If you're anxious, double check caffeine intake.
### 80/20 analysis
- Trap thoughts on paper
- 1. What are the 20% of activities/people that are producing the **80% of results** that I want? (Positive emotional state)
- 2. What are the 20% of activities/people that are producing the **80% of pain** that I don't want? (Negative emotional states).
- 3. [[What would this look like if it were easy?]]
- We were conditioned to believe that **extreme effort** is required to be successful. This isn't the case.
- "If you had a gun to your head. Given a week to do something. How would you do it?". That gets rid of a lot of fluff.
- How can I [[Exchange resources for results]]? How can I delegate?
- "90% of what you write down will be ludicrous.". This is what you want.
- "I don't have to do it the hard way."
