## Summary
## Notes
If you get into TV because you love TV, there is a gap that exists between your abilities and your taste. In the beginning, your work has ambition to be good, but it's currently not that good. However, your taste the thing that got you into the game, your taste is still killer. Every creative experiences the disappointments of living and working through the gap, the ones that make it or the ones that never gave up. The most important possible thing you can do is do a lot of work. Do a huge volume of work. The gap can only be closed by going through a tremendous volume of work. There is no secret but to do. Once the gap has narrowed, your work will be as good as your ambition. I took longer to figure out how to do this than anybody I've ever met. Don't be afraid to evaluate your past work. Be proud to cringe at your previous work for the cringe is an indicator of how much you've grown. Be proud to cringe at a piece of work you were previously proud of it takes a while. You just have to fight your way through that. After 10 years of making you realize that you're just getting started. Summary there's a gap that exists between your abilities and your ambition.
