#### Principles of leadership
- 1. They believe their team can achieve great results.
- Because you believe in others, they then start to believe in themselves.
- 2. Set goals.
- Develop a vision create the destination that everyone understands and is striving to get to together
- 3. Make the vision be an everyday priority.
- Never forget where you're going. Never forget why you're doing what you're doing.
- 4. Plan carefully and purposefully.
- Define the map to help your team find their way to the goal.
