- Procrastination can occur when you are "bored" with the current task and perhaps have something unrelated but more exciting in mind.
- Allow yourself to have a time-boxed session of exploratory and [[Sense of play]] procrastination.
- The only condition is that you _must_ a way to take notes during your play session. Write down whatever interesting ideas or fleeting thoughts come to mind.
- These observations, thoughts, and ideas may present themselves when we're the most engaged in something that we're technically _not_ suppose to be doing at the moment – whether that's watching a YouTube video, browsing Twitter, or Google searching for an obscure but interesting topic.
- These special thoughts may help our future perhaps less creativity inspired selves in the future.
